Biography
Based in Charlotte, NC, David co-founded TFA in 2009 and currently serves as CEO of TFA Capital Partners and President of TFA Securities. For the past 11 years, he has worked exclusively in Indian Country and provided TFA’s clients with creative and innovative advice on capital raising, debt re-structuring and amendments, diversification strategies and debt capital-related issues. Prior to TFA, he worked as a commercial and investment banker for over 25 years. David previously ran the market-leading Banc of America Securities gaming, lodging and leisure debt structuring and syndication group. He has structured over $100 billion of debt transactions for Indian gaming, corporate gaming, hospitality, REITs and commercial real estate construction. He earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. David holds Series 7,24, and 63 securities licenses.
