Biography

Braxton joined TFA Capital Partners in July 2012 after graduating from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics-Accounting with a focus on Financial Economics. Since joining TFA, he has worked on over $3.0 billion of capital raise, restructuring and M&A assignments for more than 20 tribal governments. Braxton is primarily responsible for organizing our team’s efforts on research, due diligence, financial modeling and analysis. He has been recognized by the Native American Finance Officer’s Association for his contribution to The Financial Reporting and Information Guide for Tribal Governments and Their Enterprises (“Orange Book”). Braxton holds Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
